The College of Criminal Justice and Criminology (CCJC) of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) has launched on March 28, 2025 its first-ever First Responders Program.  This is a landmark initiative aimed at strengthening campus safety, disaster response, and crisis management.
