MSEUF makes history; 2 students secure top spot for outstanding Criminology students

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) made history on May 29, 2025, as its Criminology students, Lyca Penarejo and Borris Garcia, claimed the top two spots in the prestigious Ten Outstanding Criminology Students (TOCS) of Region IV awards. This marks the first time students from the same institution have achieved such a feat in the annual recognition program by the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines, Inc.
