Student leaders from the College of Criminal Justice and Criminology (CCJC) of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) continued to strengthen their leadership journey through their participation in the weekly activity of Christians for Nation Building (C4NB), held at the DT Room of the CCJC Building.

With the theme “God’s Creation Operates Under God’s Foundational Truth,” the session provided a reflective and thought-provoking platform to explore the deeper dimensions of leadership.

As part of the College's Student Learners Development Program, the C4NB sessions are curated to instill values-based leadership among aspiring criminology professionals. This particular gathering also encouraged student leaders to evaluate their leadership approaches in light of fundamental truths and ethical principles rooted in faith and responsibility.

Through discussions and guided reflections, participants examined the idea that all of creation operates under a divine framework, an insight that served as a metaphor for responsible leadership guided by integrity, justice, and accountability.

The session emphasized the need for leaders to uphold a moral compass and to align their actions with both universal values and the greater good.

“This weekly session gave us more than just leadership lessons—it reminded us of the importance of purpose and service in everything we do,” shared one of the participating student leaders. “It helps us lead not just with skill, but with heart.”

  • This initiative is part of MSEUF’s commitment to forming leaders who are not only academically and professionally competent, but also deeply grounded in ethical and spiritual principles.
