The Rosarian Center Creative Education Foundation, Incorporated’s Elementary School Level (Grade 1 to 6), is a learner-centered community helping the students to find or construct meaning from what they are doing through active learning experiences. RCCEFI is committed to becoming a leading school recognized for developing learners to become excellent in academics, culture and arts, and values, and who will be change agents of society.
