Where can we pay?

You may choose from the following payment options:

• Direct Payment at MSEUF (Onsite Payment)

• Dragon Pay Bank and Non-bank Partners (Online or Over-The-Counter Payment)

• BDO Bills Payment Facilities (Online or Over-The-Counter Payment)

• Unionbank Bills Payment Facilities (Online or Over-The-Counter Payment)

  • Proof of transfer/deposit made directly to our bank without using Dragonpay should be uploaded to bit.ly/mseufpayproof
  • If payment is not posted to your account within two (2) working days (except weekends and holidays), contact [email protected]

Where can we pay?

Direct Payment at MSEUF (Onsite Payment)

Administration Building | Treasurer's Office

• Get your number at the Kiosk (Get your printed ticket number)

• Payment Counter No. 1-5 (Acceptance of Payment of Tuition and other Fees)

• Posting Time at MSEUF Portal (Immediately after payment)

Note:

  • Payment other than tuition fee may be paid onsite at Payment Counter No. 1-5
  • If payment is not posted to your account within two (2) working days (except weekends and holidays), contact [email protected]

• Before making any online or over-the-counter transaction, you need to log in first at: https://portal.mseuf.edu.ph/payments

• Posting Time at MSEUF Portal (1 working day from payment confirmation by Dragonpay)

Can I pay using an e-wallet or bank app through QR Code?

Yes, you can pay using QRPh by following these instructions:

Step 1: Ask for our digital QR available at Payment Counters 1 and 2.

Step 2: Scan the code and enter the amount to be paid using the app from your e-wallet or bank app (GCash, May, BDO Pay, Metrobank, etc)

Step 3: Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation SMS via your assigned mobile number. Present the SMS to the Treasury staff for issuance of the invoice.

Can I pay installments?

Yes, you may pay in installments.

The installment payment schedule is indicated in the assessment form upon enrollment

However, you may choose to pay every month or on payday, depending on your funds availability, as long as the installment payment are made on or before every exam date.

Can I pay via Credit Card?

Yes, using the Bills Payment Facilities.

However, this is highly discouraged, since payment is not immediately credited to our bank account, posting will take several weeks.

Is a check payment for tuition allowed?

Yes, but checks drawn from personal account will be issued a cash invoice after the clearing period (2-3 working days).

Can I pay for my request for credentials using the online payment channels of MSEUF?

No, payments other than tuition fees may be paid onsite at Payment Counter 1-5 of the Administration Building.

Where can I get a copy of my Cash Invoice?

Your Cash Invoice is available for pick up at the Registrar's Office, look for Mr. Alton Jhon De Luna. 

If payment pertains to the outstanding balance, your cash invoice is available for pick-up at Payment Counter 5 of the Administration Building.

How much is my Outstanding Balance?

• You may directly access your updated Ledger through yourStudent Portal.

• Go to the Student Portal and Log in to your Student Account:portal.mseuf.edu.ph/ecampnetstudent/login.aspx

  • Choose Student Dashboard
  • Click Menu
  • Choose Payment
  • Click View Ledger

How do I request a Statement of Account (SOA) for scholarship/loan purposes?

• Request for  Statement of Account (SOA) is processed by the Accounting Department.

• A fee of Php 70.00 is collected per certificate. You may pay at the Payment Counter 1-5 of the Administration Building.

• You may follow up your request to [email protected]

How do I apply for a refund of my overpayment?

• Refunds are processed by the Accounting Department.

• You may email your request fora  refund at [email protected]

I have an outstanding balance. Can I take an exam with a Promissory Note (PN)?

• You may request a temporary/special permit to take the exam. 

• You can request for Promissory Note using your Student Portal. portal.mseuf.edu.ph/ecampnetstudent/login.aspx

How much is the tuition fee?

• You may directly inquire at the Assessment Window at the Administration Building. 

• Kindly email your inquiry to [email protected] exact and updated tuition fee.

  • Please state your name, program, and year level.

How much is the tuition fee?

• You can check the estimated fees per academic program available at this link: https://mseuf.edu.ph/programs

  • Search for the academic program you want to check
  • Click the View of your preferred academic program 
  • You will be redirected to the page of the academic program, scroll down and click the +button of the Estimated Fees.
