Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in the tertiary level
- Must be enrolled in at least 18 academic units (or as prescribed by curriculum)
- For University Academic Grant (100%) GPA of 1.000 – 1.300 No grade lower than 2.0 in any subject
- For College Academic Grant (50%) GPA of 1.301 – 1.500 No grade lower than 2.0 in any subject
- For Basic Education (BED) Rank 1 – 100% discount Rank 2 – 50% discount Must be certified by the Principal

Application Process
A University or College scholar who is a recipient of another scholarship/study grant may, at his/her options apply for cash conversion of the other scholarship/study grant. The computation shall be based on his/her subject load but not exceeding 21 units under the scholarship term, whether full or partial.

Qualifications
- (First Priority) dependent of a combat casualty (killed-in-action/complete disability discharged)
- (Second Priority) dependent of a non-combat casualty (deceased/complete disability discharged)
- Third Priority) dependent of an active military personnel.
To retain the grant, a student must pass all the subjects enrolled for the given semester. However, the scholarship is not applicable in the Nursing program and during the Summer Term.

- OSJPAR will advise the applicant, if a potential alumni benefactor wish to hold onsite or online interview.
- The successful applicant will be called to sign the agreement with the scholarship benefactor.
- Athletic Scholarships
Qualifications
- To qualify for this grant, an athlete must be chosen to represent the university in officially authorized local/ city/ regional or national athletic competitions.
- He/ she must be a bona fide college student of the University, Filipino citizen, and officially enrolled in the regular semester or term of the current school year.
- He/she must carry a minimum academic load of fifteen (15) units in a regular semester or term and must have passes at least 70% of the total academic load enrolled with no incomplete mark in the immediate previous semester or term of the current school year.
- Graduating college students with less than 15 units in the current semester are eligible to play, provided they fall under the five (5) year playing period.
- College graduates who have not completed their five (5) years maximum playing years within a period of seven (7) years from the time they graduated from high school provided they are not more than 25 years old.
- He/she shall sign a memorandum of agreement/contract to play, if below 18 years of age, parents shall be the signatory with the school signifying his/her intention to play in any athletic competition.
- Other scholarship or being a student assistant or university grantee shall be computed and given separately from athletic scholarship and/or grant he/she holds.

- ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP GRANT (ESG)
Qualifications
- A. Basic Education Department (Grade 7 & Grade 11) Incoming Grade 7 or Grade 11 student from public or private school Must be Rank 1 (Valedictorian) – 100% tuition discount Must be Rank 2 (Salutatorian) – 50% tuition discount Graduating class must have at least 40 students
- B. Incoming First Year College (Enverga University Scholarship Grant) Must be a Senior High School graduate / incoming 1st year college Must have: With High Honors OR With Highest Honors Must submit Principal’s Certification of Honors (with signature & school seal) Must take and pass the qualifying examination
Top 10 examinees: Receive 100% tuition + misc., laboratory, and auxiliary fees Valid for 4 years or full program Other passers: Receive 100% or 50% tuition discount for 1 year To retain the grant: Must not have grades lower than 2.0, Incomplete, or Failing For Top 10: Must maintain GPA between 1.000 – 1.300

To apply for ESG, applicant must submit in PDF format the following documents:

- Government Grants
Qualifications
- Government agencies such as the Commission on Higher Education, the Technical Education Skills Development Authority and the Department of Science and Technology award scholarships to qualified students in priority programs.
- To retain the grant, a student must comply with the requirements of the government agency sponsoring the scholarship.

Qualifications
- To qualify for the full tuition-grant, a female student must be adjudged Miss MSEUF.
Miss MSEUF is entitled to free full-tuition discount for one school year, convertible to cash, if she is a recipient of another scholarship grant or graduating from her program.

Qualifications
- To qualify for MSEUF Foundation scholarship or study grant, a student must pass the social investigation and qualifying examinations or interviews.
- To retain the grant, a student must obtain a passing grade in all the subjects he/she is enrolled in for the semester.
Limited slots are available, Qualified applicants will be called for an INTERVIEW.

- NROTC Corps Commander Study Grant
Qualifications
- To qualify for the grant, a student must be indorsed by the MSEUF NROTC Commandant as Corps Commander of the NROTC Corps.
- The NROTC Corps Commander is entitled to free full-tuition discount for one year. To retain the grant, the student must:
- Be indorsed by the MSEUF NROTC Commandant for renewal of the grant for the following semester and
- Not obtain an incomplete or a failing mark in any subject during the semester.

- P. D. 451 Study Grant
Qualifications
- To retain the grant, a student must not obtain a failing mark in any subject.
MSEUF shall select one scholar for every 500 students enrolled in the tertiary level of the University. The scholar is entitled to 100% tuition discount. To retain the scholarship, a scholar must not obtain a failing mark in any subject.

6. The PD451 grantees are expected to maintain grades not below 2.50 in all subjects
- The Office of Scholarships & Endowment, Job Placement and Alumni Relations shall accept the applications, and will process the following requirements: 1.1. Filled-up application form of the applicants, with 1.2. Original copy of grades, 1.3. Original copy of Birth Certificate, 1.4. Original copy of Good Moral Certificate, 1.5. Original copy of Certificate of Indigency, 1.6. Original copy of Certificate of Non-tax filer (parents) 1.7. Copy of Solo Parent ID and Persons-with-Disability (if applicable)
- For initial screening, the result of the Entrance of Examination of freshmen applicants will be requested from the Office of Student Affairs – Guidance and Testing department, while the 2nd year to 4th year applicants will be asked to submit their evaluation of grades.
- The applicants who submit complete requirements and who qualified based on the result of their entrance examination, or evaluation of grades, will be called for an interview. The criteria for rating the interview will be the following: Grades 30% Communication Skills 25% Commitment to Personal Goals 25% Personality 20%
- The successful applicants will be endorsed to the MSEUF Scholarship Committee for approval.
- The applicants with valid identification from the offices supervising Indigenous People and Persons with Disabilities will be given priority as applicants for the grant. This is in support of Republic Act 8371, which encourages educational assistance to indigenous people and RA 10754.
- The PD451 grantees are expected to maintain grades not below 2.50 in all subjects.
- P. D. 577 Study Grant
Qualifications
- Be a dependent of a military personnel killed-in-action (KIA) or rendered complete disability discharged (CDD) .
- Be indorsed by the Armed Forces of the Philippines who subsidizes the tuition and other fees of the grantee on a semester-by-semester basis, renewable provided the grantee meets the retention criteria.
The University shall extend one study grant for every 2,000 students. To retain the grant, a student must not obtain a failing mark in any subject.

- R. A. 6728 Study Grant
Qualifications
- Must be born in any municipality of Quezon Province
- Must belong to a marginalized group (with proper endorsement/certification)
- Must have at least 80% GPA in Senior High School
- Must be endorsed by the Board of Trustees
- Must be in good health
- Must have good moral character (certified by school principal)

- Service Grants
Qualifications
- Special service grants shall be awarded to students who pass the screening, apprenticeship and residence requirements to qualify for membership in the MSEUF Chamberwinds, MSEUF Concert Singers, and MSEUF Banyuhay Dance Troupe.Special service grants shall be awarded to students who pass the screening, apprenticeship and residence requirements to qualify for membership in the MSEUF Chamberwinds, MSEUF Concert Singers, and MSEUF Banyuhay Dance Troupe.
- The grantees shall be nominated by their respective band/choir/dance masters or technical advisers.
- To retain the grant, a student must not obtain an incomplete or failing mark in all the subjects he/she is enrolled in for the semester.
- To retain the grant, a student must complete the attendance, rehearsal, participation and performance requirements.
- To retain the grant, a student must be indorsed by the band/choir/dance master or technical adviser.
- Special service grants shall apply to one undergraduate programs only.
- Recipients of special service grants are required to attend major University functions such as commencement exercises, athletic meet ceremonies, parades, and other functions where the presence of representatives of the institution is required.

Qualifications
- The editors in chief of The Luzonian is entitled to free full-tuition discount during their term. The grant is sourced from publication funds.
- To qualify for the grant, a student must pass the competitive written editorial examinations and oral interview given by the Editorial Board.
- To retain the grant, a student must not obtain an incomplete or failing mark during the duration of his/her term as editor in chief and must be recommended by the Editorial Board.
- The managing editors of The Luzonia are entitled to free 50 percent-tuition discount during their term. The grant is sourced from publication funds.
- To qualify for the grant, a student must pass the competitive written editorial examinations and oral interview given by the Editorial Board.
To retain the grant, a student must not obtain an incomplete or failing mark during the duration of his/her term as managing editor and must be recommended by the Editorial Board.
