Where is the Admission Office located on campus?

The Admission Office is in the University Library Complex building beside the Information Communication and Technology Department (ICTD) and Educational Media Resource Center (EMRC) Offices.

How to apply for the Admission Application?

• Go to the Admission Portal to start your online application: portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission

• Click here: CLICK HERE TO START ONLINE APPLICATION

• Fill out the information needed, and upload your available requirements in PDF format.

How to schedule the admission test?

• Go to the Admission Portal  and log in to your portal account: portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission

• See the Admission Test tab, and click Add Schedule to see the available schedule for the examination.

• Once scheduled, please Print the admission test permit (See Print Exam Permit).

How can I reschedule my admission test?

What should I bring during the admission test?

• Please bring your Printed Admission Test Permit, pencil, and scratch paper.

• You may also bring snacks and refreshments during the examination.

How to pay for the admission testing fee?

• Before going to the testing venue, please pay the testing fee to the Cashier (Windows 1 to 4) in the Administration Building.

• Present your Admission Test Permit to the cashier upon paying.

What are the requirements needed for Nursery and Kinder student applicants?

Requirements for nursery and kindergarten applicants are the following: 

  • Passport Size Picture (3pcs)
  • PSA Birth Certificate (5 Photocopies)
  • Long Brown Envelope

What are the requirements needed for the Basic Education Department (BED) Grade 1 and Grade 7 student applicants?

Requirements for grade 1 and grade 7 student applicants are the following:

  • Back-to-back Report Card (from previous school attended, Original and Photocopy)
  • Good Moral Certificate with Learner Reference Number
  • PSA Birth Certificate (5 Long Photocopies)
  • Long Brown Envelope

What are the requirements needed for a Basic Education Department (BED) transfer student applicant for Grades 2 to 10?

Requirements for Basic Education Department transfer student applicants are the following:

  • Passport Size Picture (3pcs)
  • Back-to-back Report Card (from previous school attended, at least until 2nd quarter for temporary approval of the application, Original and Photocopy)
  • Good Moral Certificate with Learner Reference Number
  • PSA Birth Certificate (5 Long Photocopies)
  • Long Brown Envelope
  • ESC Certificate (if applicable)

Requirements for student applicants with special needs are the following:

  • Passport Size Picture (3pcs)

Requirements for senior high school applicants are the following:

  • Long Brown Envelope
  •  ESC Certificate (if applicable)
  • Back-to-back Grade 10 Report Card (at least lst semester for temporary approval)
  • Good Moral Certificate with Learner Reference Number
  • PSA Birth Certificate (5 Photocopies)
  • Certificate of Completion (if Grade 10 Report Card is not yet available for final approval of the application)

  • PSA Marriage Certificate (for married women, photocopy)
  • GWA Certification from your College Registrar (at least 2.50)

When should I submit the complete and physical copies of my requirements?

Submission of the Complete and Physical Copies of your requirements is during the Enrollment Period (for Final Approval of your admission application).

How do I upload or submit my documents?

• Go to the Admission Portal  and log in your portal account:portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission

• Please click Upload Requirements in the upper right corner of your Dashboard

• Next, you will click Options, then Upload another page, click Choose File, and Save.

Note: Please make sure that the document is in PDF format and the 2x2 picture is in JPEG format.

Can I make changes to my application after submission?

Yes. please log in to your admission portal account and see View/Edit my information.

How will I be notified of the admission decision?

• Applicants will be notified via SMS if:

  • Done in choosing the schedule of the of admission test;
  • Status of the application was changed from Pending to Temporarily Approved; and
  • Admission application was Approved.
