Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) underwent the Stage 2 Audit for the Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) ISO 21001:2018 certification, June 16-19.

Auditors from Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) conducted the audit, with Mr. Joel Portugal serving as the lead auditor.

The audit team reviewed the University’s compliance with the ISO 21001:2018 standards, which cover education management systems that aim to enhance learner satisfaction through effective application and continual improvement.

During the closing meeting held June 19, the SGS audit team recommended MSEUF for ISO 21001:2018 certification.

According to the lead auditor, the University satisfied the requirements of the EOMS, indicating that a quality assurance system is in place.

The audit was part of the University’s continuous improvement initiatives, aligning with its mission to deliver quality education and foster institutional excellence.
