Envergan Alumnus to lead Quezon Police Provincial Office

Police Colonel Romulo ALbacea, a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Criminology program at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), Class of 1993, has assumed leadership as the new Acting Provincial Director of the Quezon Police Provincial Office.
Philippine National Police Region IV-A Acting Regional Director PBGen Jack Wanky led the turnover of office ceremony, held at the Office of the Regional Director, Camp BGen Vicente Lim in Calamba City, Laguna, June 20.
PCOL Albacea officially succeeded PCOL Ruben B. Lacuesta, who relinquished his post after completing his assignment in the province.
PBGen Wanky acknowledged PCOL Lacuesta’s service and expressed his confidence in the leadership of PCOL Albacea to lead the Quezon PPO in upholding peace and order.
The appointment of PCOL Albacea adds to the list of MSEUF College of Criminal Justice and Criminology (CCJC) alumni who have taken on key leadership roles in the national police force.
