Highlighting leadership and public service among Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation alumni, the Quezon Police Provincial Office received recognition as the Best Police Provincial Office in CALABARZON for September 2026 under the leadership of Provincial Director Police Col. Romulo Albacea.

Albacea, an MSEUF alumnus, earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology degree in 1993. The September recognition marked the third major distinction received by QPPO since he assumed office as provincial director.

Albacea credited the achievement to the collective efforts, hard work and sacrifices of QPPO personnel, recognizing their role in carrying out the organization’s responsibilities in law enforcement, public safety and the maintenance of peace and order across Quezon Province.

He also emphasized that the recognition serves as motivation for QPPO personnel to continue strengthening public trust, building police-community partnerships and maintaining professional standards in the performance of their duties.

The distinction reflects the Quezon police force’s continuing efforts in public safety and community engagement while highlighting the professional contributions of MSEUF graduates serving in law enforcement and other areas of public service.

For MSEUF, Albacea’s achievement demonstrates how alumni can apply their academic preparation, professional competencies and commitment to service in leadership roles that contribute to their communities.

The recognition reflected MSEUF’s core values of Service, Excellence and Fortitude through an alumnus whose professional career involves leadership, public safety and community service. It also demonstrates the University’s continuing contribution to preparing graduates who apply their knowledge and competencies in professions that serve society.
