CCJC pilot classes attend Wadhwani Foundation skilling certification orientation

Pilot classes from the College of Criminal Justice and Criminology (CCJC) at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation participated in an orientation for the Skilling Certification of the Wadhwani Foundation, Sept. 6.

The orientation was a key component of the Job Placement Program and aimed to introduce students to the skilling certification process provided by the Wadhwani Foundation. This certification focuses on enhancing practical skills and employability for students preparing to enter the criminal justice field.

During the session, students received detailed information about the certification's requirements and benefits, including how it can improve their job readiness and career prospects. The program also covered various skill-building modules designed to align with industry standards and expectations.

  • SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth): The skilling certification enhances students' employability, contributing to economic growth by preparing them for careers in the criminal justice sector.

  • SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities): By providing equitable access to skill development and certification, the program helps reduce barriers to employment and career advancement for students from diverse backgrounds.
