Now Live: GSD Work Management System (GSD-WMS)

The General Services Department (GSD) of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation officially launched the GSD Work Management System (GSD-WMS), a centralized digital platform designed to streamline how service requests are filed, tracked, and completed across the University.

The new system allows offices and units to submit requests online, manage documentation, monitor progress, and receive real-time status updates—all in one place.

With GSD-WMS, requests are now more organized and transparent, helping ensure faster response times and smoother coordination among concerned offices.

This digital initiative supports the University’s drive for service excellence by modernizing internal processes and improving day-to-day campus operations. By adopting smarter systems, Enverga University continues to strengthen efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness in serving the Envergan community.

GSD-WMS is now accessible through official MSEUF channels. Offices are encouraged to start using the system for all GSD-related requests.
