The General Services Department provides efficient and reliable support for all facility-related needs through its Repair, Maintenance, and Other Requests (RMR) program. This service ensures that reported issues on buildings, equipment, and utilities are properly documented, evaluated, and acted upon—whether through immediate corrective maintenance, job orders, or janitorial and maintenance assistance.

From minor repairs and upkeep to large-scale projects requiring in-house or outsourced services, the GSD guarantees that all requests are handled systematically, with proper monitoring and compliance with safety and quality standards. This program upholds the University’s commitment to safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities for the community.
