Project Management Services

The General Services Department (GSD) provides comprehensive project management services to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of campus construction and renovation projects in coordination with the Technical Working Group. Through its Project Engineer, the GSD oversees project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance with plan specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.  

By coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, the department ensures that all outsourced and contract projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with the University’s development plans. These services extend not only to the main campus but also to affiliate schools, supporting the University’s growth with safe, functional, and sustainable facilities.
