Building Inspection Services
The General Services Department (GSD) ensures the safety and compliance of all University facilities through its Building Inspection Services. This includes securing the Annual Building Inspection Certificate from the Local Government Unit, as well as obtaining annual certifications from licensed external professionals in the fields of structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Regular inspections are conducted to uphold the integrity of all University buildings in accordance with the National Building Code.

Beyond the annual requirement, GSD also extends its inspection services after natural disasters or calamities such as typhoons and earthquakes to guarantee that all facilities remain safe, functional, and secure for the entire University community.
