MSEUF expands int'l partnerships, welcomes HCU Thailand for ceremonial MOA signing
As part of its internationalization efforts, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) welcomed three officials from Huachiew Chalermprakiet University (HCU) in Thailand for ceremonial signing of a memorandum of agreement at the Dr. Tobias Y. Enverga Alumni Center Hall, Lucena City, August 30.

Dr. Benilda Villenas, MSEUF Executive Vice President and the Vice President for Academics & Research delivered her welcoming remarks during the opening program.

"Huachiew Chalermprakiet University's reputation for academic excellence and community service aligns perfectly with our own values, and we are excited about the possibilities that this partnership holds," Dr. Villenas remarked.

"As we sign this agreement today, let us reaffirm our commitment to working together in the spirit of mutual respect and shared goals. I am confident that this partnership will lead to many fruitful endeavors and lasting contributions to both our institutions." Dr. Villenas added.

Dr. Jonathan Rante Carreon, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Global Affairs, gave a keynote speech, where he discussed HCU’s student life, campus culture, and shared best practices related to THE Impact Rankings.

Dr. Carreon also expressed optimism that Enverga University has significant potential to be ranked in the THE Impact Rankings.

"Enverga University has great potential to be recognized in the THE Impact Rankings. With our collective dedication to excellence and sustainability, we are on the right path to making a mark on the global stage." Dr. Carreon stated.

Asst. Prof. Sucha Chulsomlee, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, and Ms. Duanghathai Sangsawang, Dean of the Faculty of Public and Environmental Health, represented HCU during the event. They also participated in a campus tour.

Deans from various academic departments and heads of support offices attended the ceremonial signing, facilitated by the Special Internationalization Projects officer-in-charge, Dr. Jennifer Reyes.
