MSEUF COPS THIRD OVERALL IN NATIONAL GRAND CULINARY CHALLENGE IV

Beaming with pride, the Hotel and Restaurant Management students of the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) captured third overall championship in the National Grand Culinary Challenge IV at St. Michael College of Laguna, August 29-30, 2014.

 Promoting creativity, profitability and efficiency, the HRM Envergans showed their third best in the following categories: Dream Team Challenge with Elfie Anne D. Revellame, Chester Kim H. Lapradas, and John Lester V. Dialola. Trainors: Chef Thomas Edward F. Chuia and Chef Ronald Allan T. Lim; Cake Decorating Challenge with Shiela Ann Marie S. Fuerte and Cerell E. Cerillo, trainor; Creative Floral Centerpiece with Joseph Andrew T. custodio and Mrs. Wyndelina A. Remojo, trainor; Creative Table Setting challenge with Bryan M. Cacayan and Prof. Jennifer B. Reyes, trainor; Creative Bartending challenge (GIN) with Anfernee A. Tan and Mr. Darell Q. Parfan, tranor and The Business Plan Proposal Challenge (Foodcart) with Rich Vill M. Rey with Thomas Edward F. Chua, Acting Dean Maricel Herrera and Dr. Juvy C. Tamondong as trainors.

 Presented with challenge beyond just the competition, the contestants, coaches and organizers overcame the toughest preparations and the most trying circumstances to make the Grand Culinary Challenge IV (GCC IV),a nationwide foodservice competition exclusively for culinary arts students, a huge success.
