Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resource Management, or any related field
- Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Psychology or any related discipline is an advantage.
- At least 1 year relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource management Experience in comptency-based hiring, and employee engagement or retention programs preferred
- Licensed Psychometrician or holder of Certification in Human Resource Management (CHRP, CHRA or equivalent) is also an advantage
Administrative Staff
