Envergan ranks 9th in Electrical Engineers Licensure Exam
Engr. Joeffrey Velitario, a graduate of the alternative learning program Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) secured the 9th spot in the September 2023 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination, according to ETEEAP Director and CHED Technical Panel for ETEEAP Co-Chairperson Dr. Benilda Villenas.
Engr. Velitario's journey to success was distinctive as he finished his bachelor’s degree under the University’s alternative learning program at Enverga University, a CHED ETEEAP-deputized higher education institution.
To recognize his achievement and the other board exam passers, the Office of the Vice President for External Relations headed by Vice President Celso Jaballa honored the passers with a motorcade and prepared a program to recognize their outstanding achievement.
Engr. Velitario shared his gratitude during the program. "I am honored and humbled to have placed 9th in the Registered Engineers Licensure Exam. It's a testament to the value of lifelong learning and I am grateful for the support of my family and colleagues," Engr. Velitario shared.
The ETEEAP provides opportunities for persons like Engr. Velitario to earn their degrees through flexible and practical learning approaches and work equivalency while continuing to work uninterruptedly.
Engr. Velitario's success proved the program's effectiveness in equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their careers. Along with Engr. Velitario, four passers, Engr. Ian Fritz Dequito, Engr. Renz Jonell Delos Santos, Engr. Christian Pangilinan, and Engr. Jerome Teruel, were also ETEEAP graduates.
For the regular program, Engr. John Raphael Porta, Engr. Rizalito Baera, Engr. Hazel Ann Castillo, Engr. Geosua Gajo, Engr. Dansel Musnit, and Engr. Kristine Faye Pilarca, passed the said licensure exam.
