Student Exchange Programs

The MSEUF International Student Exchange Program (MSEUF-ISEP) provides education for interdependence by furthering international education at Enverga University and to other global education institutions. Students are engaged in a global environment conducive to intercultural learning and fostering opportunities essential to full participation in the world.

Types of Exchange

Short Term
These exchanges may take five to seven days depending on the academic program. Students are housed by the host university and are provided with seminars on professional development and cultural tours.
Long Term
These exchanges may take one semester to a year. Students can apply for a credit transfer from the Host University if the curriculum between the participating institutions is compatible. If the curriculum is not compatible, the exchange student can apply for an overload of subjects at their home university.

Types of Exchange Student

Inbound Exchange Students
These students came from international universities which are nominated by their home university to participate in the MSEUF International Student Exchange Program (ISEP).
Outbound Exchange Students
These students are nominated by MSEUF to participate in another international university’s student exchange program.

Requirements for the Long-Term International Student Exchange Program
  1. Officially enrolled and regular student (no bank account)
  2. Must be 18 years old and above
  3. Passport (not expiring within two years of applying to the program)
  4. No grade lower than 2.25 or with a minimum GPA of 2.0, no INC or failing grade

Other Supporting Documents

  • Recommendation letter from the Dean of his/her respective department
  • Certified true copy of Academic Transcript
  • Certified true copy of Passport
  • Three (3) passport-size photographs
Mechanics
  1.  Applicant(s) must attend the orientation organized by the Office of International Linkages with the permission and recommendation from their respective Deans of Colleges.
  2.  The student(s) must complete all their requirements before April of the year they are applying as an exchange student to the host university.
  3.  Successful applicants will be screened and must pass the panel interview.
  4.  Upon successfully passing the panel interview, the student will be notified to apply for a permit to study abroad for six months to the Office of the Registrar during the semester that they will be sent to another university abroad.
  5.  Processing of applications to another university abroad will be assisted by the MSEUF Office of International Linkages.
  6.  Exchange students will attend the first semester of the host university abroad from September until January; or for the second semester, in February to June.
  7.  Tuition at the host, a 6-month living allowance, dormitory accommodations, health insurance, and two-way airfare will be the obligation of the student.

Mechanics
  1. Applicant(s) must attend the orientation organized by the Office of International Linkages with the permission and recommendation from their respective Deans of Colleges.
  2. The student(s) must complete all their requirements a month before the expected dates of travel including the payment for the airfare.
  3. After the short study and cultural tour program, participants are expected to fill out the program evaluation form and narrative report with pictures and submit it to the Office of International Linkages within two weeks upon arrival.
