Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) envisions a private, non-sectarian institution dedicated to instruction, research, and community service. Guided by core values—Mindfulness, Service, Excellence, Unity, and Fortitude—MSEUF strives to offer responsive programs aligned with national development goals. The university aims to produce graduates with research-based knowledge, leadership skills, and professionalism. Grounded in mindfulness, service, excellence, unity, and fortitude, MSEUF promotes holistic, transformative, and student-centered education, fostering personal growth, social responsibility, academic rigor, collaboration, and resilience.

The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation is a private, non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian educational foundation with a three-fold function – instruction, research and community service – offering responsive and alternative programs supportive of national development goals and standards of global excellence.

The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation shall produce graduates who have research-based knowledge, leadership and managerial skills, and professionalism.

 

UNIVERSITY CORE VALUES

The core values of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) are grounded in a commitment to fostering a holistic, transformative, and student-centered educational experience. These values guide our approach to teaching and learning and serve as a compass for our students as they navigate their academic and personal journeys. 

The acronym MSEUF represents five key values that we strive to instill in our students: mindfulness, service, excellence, unity, and fortitude. Each of these values reflects our belief in the importance of personal growth, social responsibility, academic rigor, collaboration, and resilience.

  • MINDFULNESS: We value mindfulness, meaning that we encourage our students to observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and to cultivate a sense of self-awareness. By fostering mindfulness, we aim to help our students develop greater emotional intelligence, compassion, and empathy. We believe that these skills are essential for personal growth and social responsibility.
  • SERVICE: We value service, meaning that we encourage our students to engage in meaningful community service and to actively seek out opportunities to make a positive impact in the community. By promoting service, we aim to instill a sense of social responsibility, empathy, and civic mindedness in our students. We believe that service is an essential part of becoming a responsible and engaged member of society.
