Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation’s College of Business and Accountancy announced that Dean Flormando Baldovino won election as president of the Council of Deans and Educators of Business in Region IV-A during the organization’s 21st Annual Conference on March 27, 2026, at The Bayleaf Hotel in Cavite, marking a leadership milestone that strengthened the university’s presence in regional academic and professional circles.

The College of Business and Accountancy congratulated Baldovino on his election to lead the Council of Deans and Educators of Business in Region IV-A, or CODEB4A, for Academic Year 2026-2027.

Baldovino earned the post during the second day of the CODEB4A 21st Annual Conference held March 27, 2026, at The Bayleaf Hotel in Cavite. His election highlighted the confidence of fellow business educators and academic leaders in his ability to guide the council in advancing collaboration, leadership and quality business education across Region IV-A.

Faculty members from the College of Business and Accountancy also joined the conference, showing the college’s support for regional partnerships and professional engagement. Their participation reflected the college’s continued commitment to academic excellence and active involvement in initiatives that shaped business and accountancy education.

His new role placed Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in a stronger position to contribute to conversations, programs and initiatives that promoted innovation and quality in business education throughout the region.
