LDC holds 'pocket lecture' on 'Mindfulness and Excellence'

In its ongoing commitment to instilling core values in students, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) though the Learning Development Center, hosted a Pocket Lecture on Mindfulness and Excellence at EMRC Extension II, April 23.

The event, attended by 63 students from different academic programs, featured Sherie Ann Gayeta as the keynote speaker.

Gayeta delivered an insightful discussion on the importance of mindfulness in academic and personal growth, emphasizing how self-awareness and intentional focus can enhance productivity and well-being.
