LDC hosts 'How to bE U?' symposium on improving study habits
Aimed at improving students' learning routines and study habits, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) through the Learning Development Center (LDC) held the "How to bE U" symposium at the AEC Little Theatre and CCJC Building, Mar. 7.
The event, attended by 280 participants, brought together students, educators, and academic mentors to explore practical strategies for academic success.
The symposium focused on time management, goal setting, and personal organization, addressing the challenges students face in maintaining consistent and productive study routines. Engr. Roland Emerson Mabuting, Summa Cum Laude from the Batch of 2023, served as the resource speaker. “The key to academic success lies in setting clear goals and developing routines that align with your personal strengths,” Mabuting said.
The event also featured pocket sessions with student leaders and university scholars, including Fiorella Angelie L. Baldeo, Francene Angela L. Baldeo, Lainuz Luigi R. Libiran, Jasper P. Tabernilla, and Jann Cloiey Anniver P. Valdez. These sessions provided participants with tailored advice on enhancing their study habits and managing academic pressures.
The event's collaborative atmosphere encouraged open dialogue among participants, reinforcing the importance of peer support in academic journeys.
This symposium aligns with MSEUF’s mission to produce graduates who are well-prepared to meet the demands of their professions, equipped with strong personal management skills.
