
DPO renews University’s National Privacy Commission Registration
In line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, through its Data Protection Office, has renewed its registration with the National Privacy Commission. In adherence to the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, through its Data Protection Office, has officially renewed its registration with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) as of May 21. This significant milestone reflects the University’s unwavering commitment to ensuring full compliance with national data privacy standards and promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical data governance within the institution.
