Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Training and Seminar

When you request a Data Privacy or Cybersecurity Seminar/Training through the University Data Protection Office, we collect only the necessary details to process your request, coordinate the activity, and ensure it meets your needs while safeguarding your data at every step.
This request form may be used by departments, offices, or units of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation to schedule a Data Privacy or Cybersecurity Seminar/Training with the University Data Protection Office (DPO).
To ensure proper coordination and protection of personal data, please follow the steps below when requesting a seminar/training:
- Contact the Data Protection Office (DPO)
Reach out to the DPO via email at dpo@mseuf.edu.ph or visit the Legal Office, located on the ground floor of the AEC Building (beside the IGSR Conference Room). - Accomplish the Seminar/Training Request Form
Fill out the form completely. Be sure to indicate your department/office, contact person, preferred schedule, number of participants, and specific topics you want to be covered.

Submit the duly accomplished form along with any relevant supporting documents (e.g., memos, invitations, or endorsements) that justify or support the request.
Note: Supporting requirements may vary depending on the nature and scope of the seminar/training requested. - Await Review and Confirmation from the DPO
The DPO will review your request and may contact you for clarification. Once approved, the DPO will coordinate with your department to finalize the schedule and seminar/training details. - Conduct of the Seminar/Training
On the agreed date and time, the DPO will facilitate the seminar/training in coordination with the requesting department/office. After the session, feedback may be collected to help improve future activities.
