About the Office

The Data Protection Office, under the Legal Office of MSEUF, is responsible for protecting the privacy of personal data held by the University. It ensures full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other relevant data protection laws and regulations.

The Data Protection Office is under the Legal Office of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and is mandated to safeguard the privacy of all personal data under the University’s custody, while ensuring strict adherence with Republic Act 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other applicable privacy and data protection laws and policies, including issuances by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
