CCTV ACCESS REQUEST

This service allows authorized individuals to request access to CCTV footage for legitimate purposes. Requests are subject to review by the Data Protection Office and require proper documentation, including an accomplished Access Request Form and valid ID.

To ensure proper handling of requests and protection of personal data, please follow the steps below when requesting access to CCTV footage:

  1. Contact the Data Protection Office (DPO)
    Reach out to the DPO via email at [email protected] or visit the Legal Office, located at the ground floor of the AEC Building (beside IGSR Conference Room).

  2. Accomplish the Access Request Form (ARF)
    Complete the Access Request Form (ARF). Be sure to clearly and accurately describe the incident or purpose in the designated section, including specific date, time, and location of the requested footage.

  3. Prepare Supporting Documents
    Submit the duly accomplished form along with a photocopy of a valid ID (student ID or Employee ID) of the subject involved.

  4. Await Approval from the DPO
    The DPO will review your request. Once approved, you will be contacted via email or SMS regarding the next steps.

  5. Schedule for Private Viewing
    The DPO will provide a schedule for a private viewing of the requested footage. Please note that footage is not distributed and may only be viewed under supervision.
