This service allows authorized parties to request and obtain information necessary for verifying the employment status of a university employee. All requests are subject to review by the Data Protection Office and must be supported by appropriate documentation.

To ensure proper handling of requests and protection of personal data, please follow the steps below when processing an Employee Verification Form:

  1. Forward the Request to the DPO
    The Human Resources Department (HRD) shall forward or loop the email received from the requesting third party (e.g., banks) to the Data Protection Office (DPO) for proper documentation and assessment.

  2. DPO Sends Form to Employee
    Upon receipt, the DPO will forward the email request to the concerned employee along with a copy of the Employee Verification Form for completion.

  3. Employee Accomplishes the Form
    The employee must fill out the Employee Verification Form with accurate and complete information. Once accomplished, the form must be sent back to the DPO for review.

  4. DPO Reviews and Endorses the Form
    The DPO will review the submitted form. If all details are in order, the DPO will endorse and forward the verified form to the HRD.

  5. HRD Releases Information to the Requesting Party
    Upon confirmation of DPO approval, the HRD will release the verified employment information to the requesting third party.
