Digital Content Creator Simon Romuel Uy trained members of the University Collegiate Student Council (UCSC) on microsite management at the UCSC Office to improve transparency, communication, and access to documents and reports for the student body, Jan. 14.

Uy walked participants through the microsite’s functions and content management practices, helping them understand how digital platforms can support clearer communication and more organized documentation of council initiatives.

Former General Secretary Radhakrishna Necodemus also discussed the functions and objectives of Dokyusentro, giving participants a clearer understanding of the platform’s role in organizing and presenting student council documents and reports.

Through the session, the improved Dokyusentro was positioned to deliver timely, relevant, and accessible documents and reports, keeping stakeholders informed about the council’s current-term activities and decisions.

The project to improve Dokyusentro is led by UCSC Secretary General Michelle Pureza, who emphasized the importance of making council records more accessible to the student body. “Through Dokyusentro, we want to make information easier to access, understand, and trust. This initiative reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and better service for every Envergan,” Pureza said.

The training also encouraged student participants to take an active role in promoting accountability and transparency through responsible digital publishing and organized reporting.

“The microsite is more than just a platform for files and updates. It is a tool for building trust, keeping students informed, and making council work more visible and accessible,” Uy said.

The initiative reinforced the council’s commitment to serving the student body by making important information easier to access and understand.

The activity reflected Enverga University’s commitment to developing student leaders who value accountability, clear communication, and service-oriented leadership. By training student representatives in digital documentation and public information sharing, the university advanced its core values of Mindfulness, Service, Excellence, Unity, and Fortitude while supporting outcomes-oriented and student-centered learning.
