WCDE Team joins Asia’s largest creative conference Graphika Manila '26

Web Content and Digital Engagement Office of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation joined Graphika Manila 2026, Asia’s largest creative conference, on March 7 and 8 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City to stay updated on the latest trends and practices in multimedia, design and visual communication.

The WCDEO delegation included Web Content and Digital Engagement Officer John Rover Sinag and Digital Content Creators Simon Romuel Uy and Francess Faye Clar De Jesus. Their participation formed part of the office’s continuing effort to strengthen the University’s digital storytelling, branding and content creation initiatives.

Graphika Manila 2026 gathered members of the creative community for a two-day exchange of ideas, inspiration and innovation. The conference featured an international roster of speakers from various fields, including illustration, animation, design and photography.

"Graphika Manila 2026 gave the team valuable insights into current creative practices that can help improve the University’s digital platforms and strengthen the impact of its online communication efforts," John Rover Sinag said.

"The conference offered fresh inspiration for storytelling and design execution, especially in producing content that connects more effectively with audiences," Simon Uy shared.

"The experience deepened my appreciation for creativity as both an artistic and strategic tool in digital engagement. The ideas presented during the conference can help guide more thoughtful and relevant content creation for the University," Francess Faye Clar De Jesus said.

Among the speakers on the first day were Lei Melendres, Rich Tu, Aurthur Mercader of Puppeteer Studios, Freddie Öst of Snask Stockholm, and the Communication Design Association of the Philippines. On the second day, the stage featured Wendell Dalit of Sony Pictures Animation, Geloy Concepcion, Wade Jeffree and Leta Sobierajski of Wade and Leta, Bobby Pontillas, Ardhira Putra, Jill Arteche, and Avid Liongoren of Rocketsheep Studio.

By attending Graphika Manila 2026, WCDEO gained fresh insights that can help enhance the University’s web presence and digital engagement efforts while reinforcing its commitment to creative excellence and continuous learning.


This participation reflected Enverga University’s commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous professional growth. It also supported the University’s mission of developing globally competitive professionals through meaningful exposure to current industry practices and creative thought leadership.
