Key Success Factors of Selected Carwash Businesses in Lucena City

Abstract

The study seeks to identify the different key success factors of selected carwash business in Lucena City. The study answers the following; 1.To determine the demographic profile of the respondents. (Carwash business and its customer) 2. To assess the level of agreement on the key success factors for a carwash business on the following dimension: Quality and Service, HR, Facilities, Location, services and equipment. 3. Is there is significant difference on the response when respondents are grouped by demographic. The researcher of this study used a descriptive-evaluate research design in order to facilitate the study. The study was conducted within Lucena City. The total respondents of Carwash business are 10 and the Customers are 100. The researchers used the descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, percentile, weighted mean average, anova and T-test. In the analysis of the result, it was identified that the Human Resource Management has the strongest points within the responses of both respondents, while the dimension that has the lowest weighted arithmetic mean in the response of both customers and carwash owners are Quality of Service and Facilities respectively.
