Location is one of the most significant variables of a structure to be considered. One should always know the purpose of the structure for it to be more effective and more functional. Also the location tells you if your structure will fit and be erected on a place where it is more functional. To find the right place, the right area, the right dimension, one must need a map where you can see all the details of the lot, the structures constructed within it and its topographical characteristics whether the area is filled with fruit bearing trees or preserved area. The study aims to design and provide an updated as-built plan and aerial map of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. The study contributes for the development of the university and for gaining of new knowledge. The study concentrates on the creation of the as-built plan and aerial map of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation by using available and advanced surveying instruments with reference to some old maps, old surveys and reference with the established ground points. Using the right process and procedures for conducting the study, by the end of the study, the estimated cost was identified by the researchers.
