As a result of this study maximum numbers of the respondents have shown positive attitude because they aspired to re-apply for the next year recruitment, even they have failed in applying in the PNP they still show the quality of perseverance and patience. They graduates are also positive on looking forward for a teaching profession in the field of criminology, therefore the failure to the application was not a hindrance to have a positive outlook and decide to pursue their chosen profession. According to study that most the BS Criminology graduates was not affected by the rejection to the PNP organization. The graduates were so optimistic even they were rejected they still strive to reach their dream and want to reach for their goals. They believe that being a criminologist is not advantage to be entered in the service, instead they must be more knowledgeable and skilful to be qualify at the recruitment process. Since the study revealed that some of the major reasons why graduates failed to enter PNP organization were failure to neuro examination and physical qualifications, school administrators should continuously update criminology curriculum and line and upgrade it to the current set up in order to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in the field of law enforcement and public safety. Schools with the criminology as a course must have specified requirements before allowing an enrollee to the course, both physically and mentally. They should also set rules and regulations on how to bear productive graduates. They should also prepare necessary measures on how to train both the instructors and the students to have good interactions that may help them in the near future.
