Determinants of Locality of Choice for Investement: The Case of Healthcare Industry in Lucena City

Abstract
The study aims to determine the significant factors contributing to the choice-of-locality for healthcare investors. Analysis revealed that the city of Lucena is ready to accommodate would-be healthcare investors as appropriate facilities and human recourse components are in place. Furthermore, an estimated 8 billion pesos is at stake in this industry, making it very attractive for business minded people. In the end, it was recommended that the city government should streamline its investment policies, which should include but not limited to giving tax incentives to the new entrants.
