Ongoing2018

Abstract

The given research project revolves in the assessment of the current buildings and structures that comprise the physical facilities of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. Materials, greenery and vegetation were examined as indicated by the attained level of conformity in accordance with the current green Architecture standards. With these actions undertaken, future measures to respond to the current critical condition of the environment is intended to be set. By identifying the effects of the physical arrangement particularly the entry points and exit points and the materials of the buildings, the outcomes of this assessment shall function as a basis for future transformation towards green design. This shall be MSEUF’s leverage to contribute to the development of environmental solutions through the application of green building designs. The use of building innovations that comprise green architecture will bring the initial response toward the culmination of further analysis that will lead to the transformation of the MSEUF campus. In addition, part of the study also covers the level of energy consumption of the institution to indicate the extent of its environmental impact.
