Nowadays, the rest of the world is now adopting their own way of greenings--all for the purpose of saving the environment and creating healthy buildings. As more building owners learn the effects of climate change and the advantages of green buildings, they are getting more conscious on our environments' stand with every ongoing construction. Applying different techniques and technologies that improve indoor and outdoor quality of the building to satisdfy human living, remedy for community situation as well as environment issue of to much heat and air pollution. Moreover, people are becoming aware of the detrimental impacts of human-generated pollution on our environment and quality of life. The quality of the indoor environment and many of the building in which we live and work is so poor that it affects the health and well- being of the building occupants. Furthermore, many of the existing buildings were not designed to foster social interaction, community connectivity or connections with the natural spaces. Thus, design for building must be integrated and updated features of building are necessary to provide a healthy life for building occupants and the surrounding as well. This study was guided by the objectives as follows: to design a five-storey reinforced concrete condotel building with roof top garden; to prepare the architectural and structural plans and lay-outs of the designed five storey green condotel; and to prepare and evaluate technical specifications, cost estimate and bill of materials and program of works for the designed condotel. 15 CONDOTEL WITH ROOFTOP GARDEN With this, the researchers highly recommend the construction of the Condotel with Rooftop Garden for future use of the community and future development of studies related to sustainable and self sufficient Building
