Abstract

The College of Engineering and Technical Department is one of the leading departments in the university. It is still visible and producing competitive graduates having knowledge and skills in their chosen field. Since that the college started many years ago, many Engineering students were graduated. Employability of the students after graduation must be ensured by the institution where they were graduated. Key to this employability of the graduates to clinch or to land in their respective job is that they must possess not only the required skill but also their competitiveness to applied job must be shown or observed during the interview as well as his progress in the job is going. Skill and competitiveness to job that can be worked out together by the institution and students especially for the institution offering an outcome-based education in which it is a student-centered curriculum. The research study is focused on the Evaluation of Engineering Programs at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation Lucena City specifically the Industrial and Civil Engineering programs. The respondents of the research study were graduates of these courses since the study evaluated the two programs. The proponents developed a data warehouse system which centralized the information gathered. Respondents who evaluate the study were chosen randomly. Using the survey questionnaire, the proponents came up with the mean average with the qualitative description of greatly improved.
