Effects of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Psychosocial Capabilities of Selected MSEUF Criminology Students

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the psychosocial capabilities of college students. Secondly, the main concern was to evaluate and assess these effects. Majoring in Criminology requires a sound body and mind. Therefore, the findings of this study will signify that despite the pandemic, the respondents maintained a healthy mental condition. This study will be limited through Academic Year 2022 - 2023. It will use a descriptive quantitative research design. A total of forty (40) selected criminology students of MSEUF will be selected as its research participants. The methodology to be used is collecting data from the selected participants. The researchers will prepare a Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. This study is limited to determining the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the students' psychological and social capabilities .Furthermore, the researchers limited the data gathering procedures through the selected locale in MSEUF and the forty respondents. The measure of Weighted Mean will be utilized to analyze the collected data.
