A Feasibility Study for the Establishment of Bodegamazing Corporation Warehouse Rental Service in Lucena City
Area of Research
Abstract
The proposed Bodegamazing rental business targets merchandising establishments,
specifically the MSMEs, whose inventory may be prospective clients of the warehouse. For
that, the researchers formulated a survey questionnaire disseminated to respondents who met
the criteria for this study.
The survey includes sections inquiring about their personal/business information,
current inventory storage conditions, desired warehouse structural and storage considerations,
financial considerations, and location preferences.
The responses to this survey, upon analysis, show a promising reception from the target
market of the proposed rental business. Based on the data gathered, the researchers derived
the high feasibility of establishing a warehouse at the Diversion Road Barangay Kanlurang
Mayao Lucena City, Quezon, in front of Ouan’s The Farm Resort near the Grand Terminal in
License City. Marketability is similarly feasible given the significant percentage of positive
responses in the survey about willingness to rent warehouse spaces for their inventory.
