A Design of Topographic Maps of Lot 1, (LRA) Pcs – E2019000854 of Brgy. Villa Bota, Gumaca, Quezon Province

Completed2024

Abstract

Topographic surveys were maps of land that showed where it was, what it could do, how high the ground was, and what services were on the surface. In addition, it became clear that a large portion of the people in the Philippines, especially in the town of Gumaca in Quezon Province, were Catholic. The researchers decided to do a topographic survey at the planned chapel, This will help them get accurate measurements and information that will help them make suret the chapel is well-constructed and stable. During the topographic survey, the researchers also got all the information they needed, such as the Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT). Then, AutoCAD Civil 3D was used to plot the elevation data that had been collected to make a topographic plan. It was found that the site's highest point is about 107.291 units, and its lowest point is about 58.931 units in relation to the supposed reference height. The researchers carefully followed the steps they were given to make an as-built topographic plan, a topographic map overlaid with Google Earthm and a 3D Digital Terrain Model of Lot 1, (LRA) Pcs-E201900854 in Barangay Villa Bota, Gumaca, Quezon Province, they did this by following the rules set out in the Adoption of Manual on Land Survey Procedures and the Revised Regulations of Land Surveys to make sure the plans were accurate. Finally, the project's inspection costs are planned to be about ?108,000. This is based on the Geodetic Engineering Tariff.
