Abstract

Designing and improving sand sieving machines is a critical responsibility in the contruction sector. It aids in the separation of sandy particles from solid material in a particular sand and gravel mixture. The sieving procedure is carried out by this equipment using a sieve. A robust Frame, a revolving container, a power source,and a mesh screen make up the machine. The main objective of the study is to create and enhance a sand sieving machine in in order to obtain more efficiency and accuracy. The market's current sand sieving machine has several drawbacks, including poor capacity, low precision, and onerous maintenance. As a result, a new and enhanced device that overcomes these restrictions is required. The testing phase input is utilized to develop the concept and make necessary modifications. The upgraded sand sieving machine has enhanced characteristics including a bigger container size, increased motor power, and greater sieving accuracy. It is also easy to maintain, with features like replaceable mesh sieves for quick cleaning and replacement. In conclusion, the design and enhancement of the proposed sand sieving machine reached the potential efficiency needed. The river sand acquired after using the modified sieving machine showed significant results.
