Electrical System Design for ABC School in Atimonan

Completed2024

Abstract

The objective of this research study is to present a proposed electrical system design for ABC School in Atimonan, Quezon, to improve understanding and demonstrate the researcher’s capacity to create a system design that meets the required standard based on the Philippine Electrical Code. While developing an electrical system plan, several elements should be considered, but the most important goal should be life safety and property preservation. Following the research and development method, proper planning, gathering the relevant data, and making and following the appropriate stages contribute significantly to the development of the research study. Using AutoCAD, the researchers provided the electrical system design, which is based on the PEC standard and gives a clear connection between the existing and newly added proposed electrical system designs. The researchers used mathematical techniques for the computation of loads. The electrical plan of the ABC school is signed and sealed by a professional electrical engineer. This concludes that the design is safe to utilize and is following the PEC standards. The Proposed Electrical System Design Plan for ABC School is validated by the REE and PEE, with the total average of 4.57 strongly agreed, and signed and sealed by the Professional Electrical Engineer.
