Awareness of the Students on Gender Sensitivity: Basis for Information Dissemination

Advocacy is concerned with increasing people's sensitivity to the implications of gender inequality and increasing people's sensitivity to the implications of gender inequality. There are some instances that students were bullied the way they are socializing with other students. In a society, everyone has the right to lead his/her life accordingly without any discrimination. When this state achieves where all individuals are considered to be equal irrespective of their caste, gender, color, profession, and status, we call it equality. And equality is equivalent to being gender sensitive which can also be defined as a situation where every individual has the same rights and equal opportunity to grow and prosper. Where gender sensitivity is the process of becoming aware of and avoiding gender stereotypes and bias in one's language, actions, and thoughts, it is a key component of gender equality. The researchers used a descriptive method. The researchers proved that most of the students ate Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation are extreme aware of gender sensitivity. The researchers recommend education students regarding the SOGIE BILL or Sexual Orientation and Gender Expression. Also, the recommend maintaining activities and programs that the school is actively implementing regarding gender issues. As a particular reason for that, the researchers proposed flyers to be their final output because by giving this material students would be more educated regarding gender sensitivity. The data that the researchers gathered is being kept confidential for this study. The researchers also ensure that any conflict of interest is avoided and minimized.
