Gen Z’s Degree of Social Media Engagement: Impact on Victimization

Abstract
The culmination of this study, which revolts gigantic issues on the continuance of social media usage, more specifically, on the flip of their shared data online opens variety is undeniably strong. The intergal part of social media in the lives of Gen Z is prevalent - swerving a fully integrated dependency on the immersing platform. The study is conducted to evaluate the inferences of intensive social media engagement through their shared data online as gen Z'score platform in merging withthe world. In conducting the study, a quantitative method is used in quantifying the results of the survey paper. Moreover,the researchers used a descriptive form in depicting and analysis of the possible collected data. Wherein the primary respondents are the selected members of community -
250 Generation Zs selected through purposive sampling.
Nonetheless, it is connoted that among the most common applications they are using are Facebook and Tiktok, which, after the conduct of the study, require personal data to be taken. In addition, due to the demand for such applications, the users attempt to provide basic and relevant information causing distress and personal implications to one life. Moreover, after the studyh has been conducted, the results were used in establishing a seminar-symposium, which will greatly impose to the young minds the level of importance of protecting one's data and prevention from cybercriminal conduct. Moreover, the seminar symposium program was evaluated every after the conduct of the said activity to determine its sustainability and effectivity.
