The Perspective of MSEUF Students in the Implementation of the SOGIE Bill: Basis for Program Plan of Gender and Development

Abstract
This study focused on the representation of the Gender Identity Expression. It aims specifically to examine gender representation in Implementing Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Expression to analyze the representation based on their orientation, equality, and expression in society. A descriptive research methodology with quantitative and qualitative approaches was used in this study. Data were gathered through intensive reading and transcription . Specifically, the study aims to know the MSEUF students, determine the views of the respondents on the possible percentages of the SOGIE Bill, and determine the possible implications of the Sogie Bill to the LGBTQIA+ community in terms of cultural, political , social, economic, and religious belief. The study project aims to provide a program plan for the awareness of the SOGIE Bill inside the LGBTQIA+ community and of those who have other opinions as well. There are several theories that the researchers encountered in order to build a framework that would help them in reaching this study's objectives.
