Exploring Self-Care Activites of College Students during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract
This study aimd to explore the self-care activites of college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, this investigated issues and challenges on well-being encountered by college students as well as identified their self-care activites to cope with it during COVID-19 pandemic. it also described the impact of self-care activites on college students' well-being. This study utilized a qualitative approach research design. An online in-depth structured interview was administered on students from the College of Arts and Sciences in Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. The finding of the study were used to create a self-care program and conduct a webinar that will educate students on self-care which may enhance their well-being
