“Cyjanios” A Hotel Management System

Abstract
The proponents will develop “Cyjanios” a Hotel Management System for Cyjanios hotel, which is fast, accurate, convenient, efficient, reliable and suitable in managing hotel industry; a system that could save time, effort in filing and monitoring all transactions. “Cyjanios” will have dynamic and versatile features that will help to run the newly established hotel efficiently and effectively. This system offers an operational integration between reservations, guest history, reception/front desk, Sales Ledger and Reporting modules.
The software will have features that can analyze reservations, check-in and check-out status and more. This is the best for managing resources in very simple but effective manner with minimal efforts or time so that it increases revenue. This study aims to change the current system that would be accurate for both customer and hotel management. Based on the overview of the system that is being developed, the proponents will use the following applications in developing the software. The proponents will be using VB.net to develop the program connected to a database using SQLServer 2008 server to store data. And Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) will be utilized in the study as the software development methodology.
