EXPLORING COLLEGE STUDENTS’ EXPERIENCES AND WELL-BEING IN TRANSITIONING FROM ONLINE CLASSES TO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES DURING COVID-19 UTILIZING THE WHEEL OF WELLNESS FRAMEWORK

Abstract

In 2020, traditional classrooms and face-to-face classes suddenly shifted to online learning, which resulted to students having a completely different learning experiences. At present, schools and universities in the Philippines are now able to hold limit face-to-face classes and gradually shift back to traditional classrooms. This study explored the perceived well-being of college students of MSEUF in transitioning from online classes to face-to-face classes during COVID-19 utilizing the Wheel of Wellness Framework. The study examined the common experiences of the respondents in relation to their perceived well-being. Using a quantitative design, 367 students was selected from the locale as respondents for the study. Stratified random sampling was used in selecting the respondents. Questionnaires were administered online via Google Forms. Using multiple regression analysis, the study found that adjustment, motivation, and educational resources have a strong positive relationship with well-being.
