Development of a Secured Collaboration System for DSC and UCSC on Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in Lucena City
Abstract
Giving files and documentations has become a primary problem for the UCSC, DSC, and for the faculties in Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) because of the distance between each department. The particular main objective of this study is to come up with a development of a secured collaboration system for DSC and UCSC on Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in Lucena City to help students and officers to manage and send files faster and securely. The researchers used Agile methodology for this project because this is one of the most common methodologies in the market. Agile is focused on getting all the requirements of the client and creating prototypes that can be used by the client to get feedbacks about the project. It is also to help fix the parts that the clients wish to change or to improve. When the file transfer secure system is done, this will help the student officers who are struggling to give files to other officers in different departments. With this secured collaboration system, the student officers can lessen their time going to other department and lessen the paper usage with a secured collaboration system.
