Completed2022

Abstract

This research study aims to assess the perception and attitude of graduating CIHTM students of MSEUF. This paper also endeavors to highlight certain conflicts that happened to the process and the solution applied to it. Due to the time constraints, the study only emphasized the process and implementation in connection with the perception and attitude of graduating students. This study also serves as evidence of diverse identities present inside the campus, since there are different behaviors, choices, mind-set, and skills that affect a person’s view especially in knowing the different perception and attitude of graduating. Using the descriptive method of research, the materials used in this study came from internet sources such as books and other related studies. The quantitative approach research requires different opinions and suggestions from the students and specific information were obtained through surveys from the researchers’ formulated questions. The researchers conducted the surveys and asked the respondents first if they could answer the questionnaire. Because of the occupational stress, anxiety, and trauma caused by the pandemic, we had a problem and struggled to accomplish our surveys because some students' social media account names were not stating their real names or were inaccurate to the list provided by the department, but we were still able to find and give the questionnaire to the 128 students However, some people continue to ignore and completely disregard our messages, and others have blocked us on social media. As a result, we received a total of 90 responses because we see that not all of the students are interested in answering our questions, possibly due to their workloads, so they prefer to rest rather than participate in our surveys in their spare time. We chose convenience sampling because it was based on the respondents' convenience, and only those who wanted to complete the questionnaire were selected. According to the findings of this study, men and women in both management view each other's opportunities in terms of demand, work location, and salary as being the same with their job complexity in one‘s employment options.
